After 9 Years of break, my mom Ana reached her Goal to finally start Bodybuilding again, which is her greatest passion. We packed that 06' iPod Nano, Pointe Shoes and a whole lot of other stuff and flew over to Belgium! This is the first time we've ever vlogged, and you'll see my mom and I how we really are: Ambitious and a little weird ;) She made it into top 6 and into the finals. After a fantastic performance she made 4th place, which is absolutely amazing! I'm so proud of her.

Set goals and...crush em!
I'm so proud and so excited to be part of the Swiss Delegation Team for the World Cup in Belgium (World Physique Federation WPF) and the Ms. & Mr. Universe in Germany (National Athletic Committee Germany NAC) after my break of 8 years, the birth of my son and the beautiful age of 46! I desire to live this wonderful feeling on stage again. About 9 months ago when I started the plan to make my comeback as an Bodybuilding Athlete, I set my goals very high, higher than you could imagine. I'm working very hard for it; and you know what? It was the best decision I could make. Happy to live this amazing adventure!
